What is the format of the self-discovery workbook?
Physical workbook: Upon purchase, a physical workbook and starter kit will be mailed to your door. The workbook will contain the link you need to access the video series, a supplemental tool to cheer you on through your workbook journey. The workbook has 11 lessons which include reading, interviews, and challenges for your self-discovery.
Digital workbook: Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with a unique download code. Download the workbook and save it quickly, your download link will expire! The digital workbook can be printed or completed directly in Preview or Adobe Acrobat. Inside the digital workbook is the link + password to access the video series, a supplemental tool to cheer you on through your workbook journey. The digital workbook has 11 lessons which include reading, interviews, and challenges for your self-discovery.
What tools are needed to use the self-discovery workbook?
The self-discovery workbook has everything you need, minus the pen or pencil you use to write with. The digital workbook is able to be viewed and edited inside of Preview or Adobe Acrobat! The video series that comes with each workbook. is available to you on any device: smart phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. As long as you have an electronic device with an internet connection (likely the device you used to purchase the workbook), you're good to go!
How long does the self-discovery workbook take to complete?
The entire Full Time You self-discovery workbook is a self-guided experience! That means completing the workbook can take as long you want it to. While I greatly encourage you to take your time with each challenge and every lesson, the workbook can take as little as 2 hours to complete and as long as a lifetime.
I already have a full time job or a career that I don’t necessarily want to leave, is Full Time You for me?
While the teachings of Full Time You is certainly exciting if you’re looking for a nontraditional career unlike anyone else, I’ve actually designed the experience to work for anyone regardless of employment status. I do not teach, or encourage, you to quit your job and work for yourself!
I’m not a designer or creative like you, is Full Time You still for me?
Absolutely! Full Time You is definitely not just for creative-minded individuals. All humans from every background, field, or interest are totally welcome and encouraged to enjoy what this site and products have to offer. Don’t be afraid, no part of the experience is made specifically with creatives in mind!
Why does it cost this much?
Full Time You is a self-published out-of-pocket endeavor made from my heart to help and serve you! My goal is to help those who otherwise feel lost, stuck, or just need a boost. My goal is not to make a huge profit! However, I do understand the value what I’m providing. I have priced the workbook, classes, products, and video series at an amount that reflects its value, allows me to make a small profit, benefits the non-profits in the Full Time You fund, all while remaining affordable for both students and professionals (or not-so-professionals like me).
I don’t live in the United States, can I still enjoy Full Time You?
Well heck yes! The physical Full Time You self-discovery workbook ships worldwide and all digital content is available for folks from all countries and nationalities regardless of citizen status or residency. Bonus points if you live on another planet or parallel universe! Everything else on this website is structured with time zones in mind and I am mindful about accommodating other cultures beyond my own!
Do you make any guarantees that this will work for me?
This probably goes without saying. While I may look, and sometimes act, like I have it together, I am unable to give you a total guarantee for success or fulfillment with your life or career. I am not certified in any way and I am not an official enlightened being. The work you put into Full Time You provides you with a solid foundation and understanding for how you can live as your whole self and have a fulfilling career. However, do not assume this is a magical system that will lead to instant success. Take all challenges, readings, and advice as a guiding point rather than a set of instructions you have to stick to. Full Time You is a reflection of my opinion and unique perspective. It should not be taken as legal or guaranteed advice. How long do I have access to the digital content that comes with the self-discovery workbook?
Good news, you have lifetime access to Full Time You! That is, as long as an apocalyptic scenario doesn’t unfold rendering your computer or device useless. As long as the servers are still chugging away, you can access Full Time You.
How can I interact with you & the rest of the community?
Glad you asked! This is my favorite part. When posting on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or whatever your favorite form of social media may be…I excitedly encourage you to use the #FullTimeYou hashtag and @yourbuddymeg to post updates, insights, and your favorite self-discoveries. Is my donation to the Full Time You fund tax deductible?
Full Time You is not a 501(c)(3) and is unable to offer your donation as a tax-deductible expense. However, it is absolutely a tax write-off as it is totally research and development for your career!

I’m happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of purchasing the workbook if you have not written in or given any wear to the book. If you’d like to request a refund, please send an email with the subject line “REFUND REQUEST” to hello@fulltimeyou.co. Include your full name and order number in the email.
I do not offer refunds on the digital workbook as there’s totally no way for you to return it to me.
